Yoga is more than just movement — it's a practice that connects the body, mind, and breath. Rooted in ancient traditions, yoga offers a space to slow down, become present, and build strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Whether you're flowing through postures or simply learning to breathe deeply, yoga is a powerful tool for both physical and mental wellbeing.

My classes are open to all levels and focus on creating a supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, move at your own pace, and leave feeling a little more grounded than when you arrived.

Styles: Pranayama & Conscious Connected

Pranayama is the practice of breath control, and it’s one

of the eight limbs of yoga. "Prana" means life force, and "ayama" means to extend or regulate. Through simple yet powerful breathing techniques, we learn to calm the nervous system, focus the mind, and energise the body. 

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a simple yet powerful breathing technique that can take you on a journey to help release stored emotions, reduce stress, and bring clarity. By using a continuous, circular breath, we tap into the body’s natural ability to heal and reset.

SOUND BATH

Instruments: Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Shamanic Drum, Chimes, Native American Flue, Rainstick,

Shruti, Guitar, Voice

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you're “bathed” in the vibrations of instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. The sounds gently guide the mind and body into a restful, meditative state — helping to release tension, reduce stress, and restore balance.

You simply lie back, get comfy, and let the sound do the work.
